We strive to leave no trace at every step. We strip out unnecessary packaging and process to minimise our impact on people and planet.
Our Commitment
NO BAD STUFF
We say no to artificial fragrances and colours, preservatives, parabens,
PEGs, mineral oil, sulphates, silicones and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS).
ANIMAL FRIENDLY
We are plant-based, so all Rosalena products are vegetarian. Nearly all
are vegan with the exception of our cleansing balm and lip balm, which
are made from responsibly sourced beeswax.
PROVENANCE MATTERS
We are a British brand focused on using British suppliers. Our products
are made in small batches here in the UK using the highest quality
ingredients that meet our strict ethical standards.

OUR
IMPACT
RECYCLING
All outer cardboard packaging is recycled and recyclable. Our carton manufacturers are FSC and PEFC certified and World Land Trust carbon-balanced. All glass, aluminium and hard plastic containers used are recyclable in the UK with the exception of lip balm pots.
For multi-product orders, we use reinforced boxes made from 80% new material and 20% recycled (100% recyclable). We use our pink envelopes for single item orders to avoid empty space in larger postage boxes, cushioned with recyclable tissue paper or Oxodegradable bubble wrap (100% recyclable) to protect glass products.
BOTTLE TOPS
To minimise single-use, we offer a replacement sustainable aluminium screw cap when you re-purchase a Face Oil or our Goodness & Tonic Face Mist. We offer 10% off with the screw cap
SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS
Our pure cotton face cloths and cotton rounds offer a sustainable alternative to disposable cotton wool pads, wipes and single-use products. We have discontinued our lip balm brush, to reduce our plastic use.
LESS IS MORE
Our simplified skincare range is testament to our less is more ethos – we make multi-functional products without unnecessary steps or ingredients, reducing the number of products on your bathroom shelf and avoiding extra cost and waste.
UPCYCLING
Our empty bottles and jars are designed to have a long life. Refill them and use for travel or the gym. Our face mist spray bottle is ideal as a water spray for house plants. Use our face oil bottles as quirky, single stem vases and cleanser jars as little storage pots for cotton rounds candles or trinkets. Check out our Instagram page for inspiration
